Performance Team in Stockton, CA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead warehouse and distribution activities on the 2nd shift (Wed-Sat, 5PM–3:30AM). You will oversee production planning, quality control, and cost management to support a flexible, reliable supply chain.

The role requires 5+ years of warehouse operations management, 1 year of cold storage, and a proven ability to guide teams, improve processes, and meet delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of warehouse operations management experience.
• 1 year of cold storage experience required.
• Experience in production-based/fast-paced environments.
• Warehouse performance management experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the development of product strategy and R&D of new products.
• Establish production and quality standards, develop budget and cost controls, and obtain data on products ordered.
• Guide the development of a manufacturing process plan, including staffing, materials, subcontracting, facilities, tooling and equipment needs.
• Ensure all costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities with other functions and suppliers for optimal resource use.
• Review production and operating reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues to minimize costs and delays.
• Handle administrative tasks related to shop operations, including data collection for reports.
• Define responsibilities of staff to achieve business objectives.
• Train staff on company policies, procedures, and regulations.
