Job summary

Ontex is seeking a Warehouse & Transportation Manager to lead inbound/outbound logistics for a high-volume baby diaper plant in the US. You will coordinate raw materials, internal material handling, and finished goods distribution, partnering with production, procurement, quality, and customer service to balance service and cost.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics within manufacturing, strong leadership, and hands-on ERP/WMS experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field.
5+ years of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
Prior experience managing inbound and outbound logistics in a high-volume production facility.
Demonstrated leadership experience supervising hourly teams.
Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and inventory control practices.
Strong understanding of safety, material handling, and transportation compliance.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute inbound and outbound logistics activities for a high-volume diaper plant.
Design and manage material flow from receiving through production to finished goods storage.
Oversee inventory control, warehouse operations, and distribution to customers and DCs.
Coordinate outbound transportation and monitor OTIF performance and cost.
Lead logistics staff, coach teams, and develop training plans.
