Job summary

G&W Electric Co. in Bolingbrook, IL seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to manage the Bolingbrook warehouse, oversee receiving, shipping and material handlers, and partner with in-house buyers to maintain stocking levels.

You will implement processes to improve accuracy, deploy inventory plans, develop KPIs, and introduce technology to enhance transactional precision, while leading a team of about six employees in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years inventory/warehouse management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in operations or business management; or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrates outstanding leadership in a high‑pace environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; JDE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy a holistic inventory plan for the Bolingbrook factory.
• Lead an organized receiving, shipping and material handler team.
• Define standard work processes for inventory management and material delivery.
• Develop and maintain relevant KPIs for scope of responsibility.
• Communicate quantity inaccuracies or damaged goods to supply chain.
