Job summary

RS Group LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Warehouse Lead to coordinate inbound and outbound operations, supervise Leads, and cover Clerk or Supervisor duties when needed. You will help ensure productivity, quality, and safety on the warehouse floor.

This on-site role starts at $22.00 per hour. Requirements include prior Lead experience in a 3PL warehouse, strong computer skills with WMS, forklift operation, RF scan proficiency, and the ability to start at 8:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Prior lead or senior lead experience in a 3PL warehouse.
• Strong computer skills and WMS proficiency.
• Forklift experience and RF scan gun proficiency; on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Interact with, motivate, and regularly communicate goals and results to the team.
• Run day-to-day warehouse operations to meet targets and quality standards.
• Train new warehouse operatives and monitor performance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and correct recording of stock movements.
• Coordinate priorities across inbound and outbound Leads and cover workloads as needed.
• Act as senior point of contact on the floor and report progress to supervision.
