Sunrun Installation Services Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Warehouse Specialist to lead and optimize warehouse operations, receiving, stocking, and delivery for local installation teams. You will train staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive safety and efficiency across locations. Proficiency with Oracle ERP and forklift certification is required, and compensation reflects a $22.81–$30.42 hourly range.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years of warehouse experience.
Demonstrated and measurable results in driving efficiency and cost savings in Warehouse Operations.
Leadership: Provide leadership and support that ensures development of a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operations team.
Initiative: Ability to think and take constructive action at work without being urged; skill and ability in taking the lead in forwarding new ideas or work methods.
Safety Orientation: Demonstrates awareness of company safety policies and procedures;Ability to identify and report safety hazards, and encourage safe work.
Adaptability/Flexibility: Ability to change or adapt work practices, priorities, or procedures in response to changing conditions or multiple work demands.
Teamwork: Ability to work well with others in a group and foster a team climate.
Problem Solving: Systematic and effective approach to analyze information for good business solutions.
Knowing the Business: High level of knowledge of warehouse operations and products.
Foundational Skills: Reading/writing and basic math.
Responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for Warehouse Team Members.
Drive advancement in standard operating procedures and lead training events.
Train and certify new hires on Warehouse Operations Policy and Procedure.
Perform special projects and tasks while meeting Warehouse Operations Standards.
Operate within and promote a safety culture in all warehouse functions.
Coordinate with Branch Leadership to develop material delivery plans.
On a daily basis pick, package, and deliver materials to Installation teams.
Manage materials, documentation, and RMA processing for service/warranty projects.
