Job summary

Trace Systems is seeking a Warehouse Lead at Pope Army Airfield, Fort Bragg, NC to oversee inventory, shipping/receiving, and safety compliance for government and contractor logistics operations. The role requires managing high-value property, coordinating with TMO and carriers, and mentoring warehouse staff while maintaining DoD regulatory adherence.

Active Secret clearance and US citizenship are required to access sensitive military facilities.

Qualifications

Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
US Citizenship is required due to contract requirements.
Ability to travel worldwide, including to remote or austere locations.
Minimum of five years of field logistics experience.
Understanding of DoW/USTRANSCOM transportation regulations.
Able to manage time effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Tracks, audits, and accounts for high-value property within government property system.
Manage an accurate inventory of warehouse materials within government accountability system.
Ensure all outgoing shipments adhere to Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR) guidelines.
Coordinate with Base Transportation Management Office (TMO) for outbound and inbound shipments.
Direct operational flow, facility safety, HAZMAT compliance, and secure shipping/receiving for a federal site.
Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments.
Manage program equipment accounts for timely DIFM asset processing.
Pickup and stage material for shipping.
Maintain driver license to support government furnished vehicle.
