Job summary

National Carwash Solutions is seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate to manage inventory, shipping and receiving within our warehouse environment. The role involves handling raw materials, parts and equipment, maintaining records, posting transactions, and ensuring safe loading and accurate inventory control.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1+ year manufacturing experience, MRP/Scanner familiarity, data-entry skills, and the ability to work with tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• MRP System and scanner experience preferred.
• Experience with data entry and general use of computer systems
• Ability to safely operate various hand and power tools.
• Ability to interact well with customers, vendors, and fellow employees.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities related to picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Post transactions when moving products.
• Package and label items correctly according to company procedures.
• Ensure cargo is loaded safely to prevent transit damage.
• Inspect products for defects and report issues.
• Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely shipping.
• Verify inventory counts and perform physical inventory as needed.
• Restock bins and follow inventory management principles.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack or other equipment as needed.
• Complete forklift inspections and communicate issues promptly.
• Contribute to 6S housekeeping and general warehouse duties.
• Comply with OSHA, EPA, DOT and local safety policies.
