Job summary

National Carwash Solutions is seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate in a manufacturing setting to manage warehouse inventory, shipping and receiving processes. The role involves picking, packing, labeling, and ensuring accurate transaction posting and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of manufacturing experience, familiarity with MRP systems and scanners, and the ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks. Overtime may be required; a high school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory, shipping and receiving processes.
• Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Post transactions when moving products.
• Package and label items safely and per policies.
• Ensure cargo is loaded safely for transit.
• Inspect products for defects and report issues.
• Coordinate with transportation providers for timely shipping.
• Verify inventory counts and perform physical inventories as needed.
• Restock bins using daily replenishment reports and maintain stocking plans.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack or other equipment as needed.
• Conduct forklift inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with organization and housekeeping of the facility (6S).
• Comply with OSHA, EPA, DOT and company safety policies.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for managing processes for our warehouse inventory, shipping and receiving.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for activities related to picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory of raw materials, fabricated parts, and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Responsible for accurately posting transactions when moving products
• Package and label items correctly, safely, and in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure all cargo is loaded safely and in a manner that prevent damage in transit
• Inspect product for defects or damage. Report damage or missing inventory to management team
• Work with transportation providers locally to ensure timely execution of shipping schedules
• Verify inventory counts and physical inventory as needed
• Use daily replenishment report to restock bins and maintain stocking plans, following general inventory management principals
• Operate forklift, pallet jack or other equipment as needed
• Complete forklift inspections, monitor maintenance requirements, communicate issues in a timely manner to your supervisor
• Other general warehouse duties as assigned
• Assist with the organization and good housekeeping of the NCS facility (6S Practices)
• Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
• Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferred
• MRP System and scanner experience, preferred
• Experience with data entry and general use on computer systems
• Ability to safely operate various hand and power tools
• Ability to interact well with customers, vendors, and fellow employees
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift medium weight up to 50 lbs.
• May stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations
• Ability to climb ladders safely
• May sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
