Job summary

National Carwash Solutions, North America's largest equipment, service, and cleaning solutions provider in the car wash industry, is hiring a Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, stocking, shipping, and delivery of parts and chemicals. You will work with a team, stay organized, and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, adherence to OSHA and company safety policies, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record with no more than 3 moving violations in 5 years; no more than 2 at-fault accidents.
• No impaired driving convictions within 5 years; no pending charges.
• Forklift qualification preferred.
• Experience with Sage MAS 90/100 preferred.
• Experience with data entry and general computer systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Extreme attention to detail with part counts and pulls.
• Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the parts department manager with customers finding products and counter sales.
• Assist the shipping and receiving clerk in stocking parts bins and chemical racks.
• Assist the delivery drivers in pulling orders and palletizing them for shipment.
• Take phone calls from customers needing assistance with ordering or technical questions.
• Make occasional deliveries in a delivery van.
• Comply with OSHA, EPA, DOT, local laws, and company safety policies.
• Management may modify duties as needed.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the activities relating to receiving, shipping and delivery of products. Successful candidates will be organized; customers oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Job Duties

• Assist the parts department manager with customers finding products and counter sales
• Assist the shipping and receiving clerk in stocking parts bins and chemical racks (chemicals are in 5 gallon jugs up to 55 gallon drums)
• Assist the delivery drivers in pulling orders and palletizing them in preparation for shipment
• Take phone calls from customers needing assistance with ordering or technical assistance with their car washes
• Make occasional deliveries in a delivery van
• Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
• Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time
