Job summary

TRG is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our manufacturing warehouse operations in Chicago Heights. The role focuses on orchestrating inbound materials, production staging, and outbound dispatch with a strong emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

You will manage a team, optimize layouts, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across inventory, processes, and personnel development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5 years of managerial experience in a warehouse is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing warehouse, ideally a foundry, is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present ideas, reports and budgets clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless flow of raw materials and finished goods from receiving to dispatch.
• Manage staging for production to prevent bottlenecks and delays.
• Operate and oversee warehouse functions, optimize layout and staffing for productivity.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with real-time tracking and regular cycle counts.
• Ensure safety compliance, OSHA standards, and routine equipment maintenance.
• Lead, develop and train warehouse personnel and monitor performance.
• Communicate expectations, schedule daily tasks, and monitor attendance.
• Identify process improvements and implement new procedures.
