Job summary

I-K-I Manufacturing Co. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of warehouse operations in a high-volume, three-shift environment in Edgerton, WI. You will oversee receiving, put-away, material delivery, and inventory control to ensure smooth production flow.

The role emphasizes leadership across shifts, driving continuous improvement, and implementing barcode/WMS processes to maintain accurate lot traceability and efficient material movement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive warehouse leadership experience.
• Strong inventory control and material-flow expertise.
• Experience implementing ERP/WMS/barcode workflows.
• Experience supporting a multi-shift manufacturing operation.
• Experience with lot-controlled inventory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day warehouse performance across all three shifts.
• Lead receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and material delivery to production.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and alignment between physical and system records.
• Oversee annual physical inventory, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Develop and coach shift leads; drive safety and continuous improvement.
