Bravida Medical, LLC in Geneva, IL is seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate focused on inventory control and cycle counting. You will maintain accuracy, perform counts, and support FIFO stock rotation while assisting with receiving, storage, and shipping operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse and inventory control experience.
• Experience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, receiving, and shipping.
• ERP or inventory management system experience.
• Ability to operate or become certified on a forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work actively throughout the warehouse.
• Self-motivated professional who can prioritize work, adapt quickly, and operate independently.

Responsabilités

• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and FIFO practices.
• Receive, stock, move, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments and support shipping activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, inspection-ready warehouse environment.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections, including forklifts.
• Assist with warehouse projects, inventory adjustments, and operational support as needed.
