Job summary

AllSouth Appliance Group, Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Distribution Manager to lead warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, and final-mile delivery for builders, contractors, and homeowners.

You will manage daily warehouse activities, train and develop staff, optimize delivery routing, ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries, and maintain inventory accuracy while complying with OSHA and DOT standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics management experience.
• Experience with final-mile or in-home delivery operations.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Knowledge of fleet operations and DOT regulations.
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse and delivery team members.
• Oversee delivery scheduling and routing to ensure timely, damage-free delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to support builders and retailers.
