Job summary

Horizon Group USA in McDonough, GA is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our warehouse operations. You will report to the Facility Engineer and manage maintenance and repairs to the building, equipment, and grounds while ensuring a safe, compliant environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in facilities/maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems. Reading schematics and using hand/power tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities/maintenance, warehouse/distribution preferred.
• Ability to diagnose equipment breakdowns and document repairs.
• Knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read mechanical schematics and blueprints.
• Familiar with using hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform regulatory compliance tests such as fire system testing and inspection.
• Maintain conveyors, motors, dock plates, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues in low voltage systems.
• Execute special projects as needed for the facility.
