The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehousing, strong leadership abilities, and capable training skills to develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 years warehouse and logistics experience.
• 1 year operating forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers.
• Experience training, mentoring, or onboarding new warehouse staff.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory, shipping and receiving.
• Ability to read, interpret, and complete warehouse documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Train, coach, and assist new hires on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, safety protocols, and productivity standards.
• Lead by example and promote a strong safety culture throughout the warehouse.
• Perform receiving, storage, inventory movement, replenishment, order picking, and shipping activities.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Verify quantities, product information, destinations, and shipment details using source documents and warehouse management systems.
• Assist with inventory control and cycle count activities.
• Operate weighing, banding, wrapping, and packaging equipment as needed.
