NAPA Auto Parts in Plainfield, IN is seeking a skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our growing team. This role involves receiving, replenishing, picking and loading products using power equipment to move and stage items efficiently.

Applicants should be able to stand/walk for extended periods, possess a high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, and have limited prior powered equipment experience. OSHA safety adherence is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
• 6 months of prior powered industrial equipment preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Basic math and computer use skills.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment and inspect equipment daily.
• Receive/Putaway – unload inbound shipments and store products in proper locations.
• Order picking – pull and prepare product for shipment.
• Loading – move product from staging to trailers or containers.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment safely following OSHA standards.
