FedEx Logistics is seeking a Distribution Operations Manager to direct continuous improvement across Air & Ocean, CFS, FTZ and related distribution activities. You will lead a team, manage revenue, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive service excellence for multiple client SKUs.

The role emphasizes staff development, cross-functional coordination, and adherence to critical KPIs, with onsite hours Monday–Friday. Compensation aligns with market ranges for this senior role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree preferred or equivalent in business.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Distribution, Warehousing, Shipping, or International Freight Forwarding/Transportation.
• Advanced knowledge of international and domestic distribution operations.
• Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize and control input, movement, process/sort, and output of operations to ensure high service and quality at minimal cost.
• Select and develop staff (1–7 direct, up to 40 indirect).
• Oversee $0.5M–$3.0M in annual revenue depending on product.
• Manage large volume fluctuations coordinating personnel, space and equipment.
• Plan and manage large projects with up to 40 temporaries.
• Direct inventory/storage for 50 clients with 25,000+ SKUs in accordance with policies and laws.
• Instill a service-conscious attitude to minimize service failures.
• Maintain contact with internal/external customers regarding service levels.
• Develop and review costs for distribution activities.
