Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
• Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field preferred.
• Five+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Five+ years managing and developing direct reports.
• Three+ years Profit & Loss responsibility preferred.
• One+ year customer interaction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with the customer to ensure issues are resolved promptly and satisfaction is high.
• Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation.
• Identify and solve operational issues with continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
• Hire, supervise, develop and manage performance for employees; maintain positive relations.
• Maintain open communications within work groups and cross-functional teams.
• May manage profit and loss statements based on scope and complexity.
• Lead a proactive safety program aligned with company policy and train location safety plans.
