Job summary

FITS LLC, located in Puerto Rico, is seeking an experienced warehouse design leader with a strong engineering background. This role involves overseeing the planning and development of complex warehouse designs from inception through to construction, ensuring they meet both operational and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in industrial, pharmaceutical or large-scale facility design.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience with large capital projects (EPCM / Design-Build environments).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and coordination of warehouse design concepts.
• Develop and optimize warehouse layouts for various areas.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate systems.

Skills

Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Experience in warehouse or logistics design

Experience in GMP or regulated environments

Experience with warehouse automation systems

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Supply Chain

EIT or Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred)
