Job summary

Berkshire Grey, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale installation projects for our customers from planning through closeout. You will own scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, vendor performance, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent projects.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of PM experience in robotics or supply chain, and proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, or Asana and Power BI. Travel ~35% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, PM or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in robotics or supply chain.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from kickoff through customer acceptance and support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop detailed plans and schedules with milestones, resources, budgets and dependencies.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and cross-functional team roles; lead kickoff and design alignment.
• Obtain signoff on baselined scope; manage changes through approvals.
• Develop and manage project budgets and monthly cost forecasts.
