Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the United States to coordinate SAP-based material staging and pick-list issuance to meet production schedules. You will work with warehouse, planning, and production teams, ensuring accurate, timely transactions and escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with standard office applications and electronic communication tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Ability to organize competing priorities with urgency and follow through to resolution.
• Ability to meet physical and schedule requirements of the warehouse environment and wear PPE.
• Resolve routine staging and pick-list exceptions independently by following standard work.

Responsibilities

• Review released production orders and stage material requirements in SAP according to the production order.
• Issue production pick lists in the correct sequence and timing to support the schedule.
• Validate pick-list parts process accordingly and troubleshoot warehouse tasks that do not process.
• Monitor outbound delivery numbers and follow up when missing or delayed.
• Investigate system and inventory exceptions affecting staging or picking.
• Create required Symmetry barriers and document issues in the system or escalation channel.
• Coordinate with material handlers, planners, and production teams to remove barriers.
• Escalate unresolved issues with details to necessary stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate SAP transactions and avoid workarounds that cause discrepancies.
• Communicate changes in priorities or shortages to affected teams.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring issues.
