Job Details

Monday-Friday 10pm-6am

$23.50 an hour (includes shift differential)

Employment is subject to verification of pre-hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by state or local laws.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receive, pick, and stage customer orders, handle returns, ship, and manage inventory organization and control.
2. Verify received merchandise against shipment records, report discrepancies and defects.
3. Stock shelves and ensure materials are in designated areas.
4. Use RF devices for inventory tasks such as picking or packing.
5. Assemble customer orders, pulling items from shelves, and preparing them for shipment.
6. Enter orders, returns, and related data into the computer system.
7. Inspect returned items and return merchandise to proper shelves.
8. Perform daily inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
9. Assist with inventory procedures as needed.
10. Perform controlled substance picking, stocking, and replenishment in secure or refrigerated environments.
11. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, or other motorized equipment to move inventory.
12. Assist in training new associates.
13. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; at least 1 year of work experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions and labels.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Understanding of DC workflow with minimal guidance.
• Maintain a clean work area to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Good judgment for following detailed instructions.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and participate in physical inventory.
• Team player with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Certification and ability to operate power equipment (reach trucks, forklifts) at heights (20'-40') and compliance with safety standards.
• Hazmat training certification may be required.
• Maintain appropriate attendance standards.
• Ability to train and assist colleagues.
