Job Details

**$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS**

Monday-Friday 10pm-6am

$21.00 an hour + $3.50 an hour for shift differential & freezer/fridge role

Team members will be required to work full-time in a 2-8°C environment (fridge/freezer inside the warehouse), and the position includes a $3.00 shift differential.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. General responsibilities include receiving, picking, staging customer orders, returns, shipping, and inventory management.
2. Verify merchandise received against shipment records, report discrepancies and defects.
3. Stock shelves and ensure materials are in designated areas.
4. Use RF devices for picking or packing stock and inventory tasks.
5. Assemble customer orders, identify quantities and specifications.
6. Enter orders, returns, and related data into the computer system.
7. Inspect returned items and return merchandise to proper shelves.
8. Complete daily inventory counts and research discrepancies.
9. Assist with inventory procedures as needed.
10. Perform controlled substance picking, stocking, and order fulfillment in a refrigerated environment.
11. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, or other motorized equipment to move inventory.
12. Assist in training new associates.
13. Perform related duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ years of work experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

1. Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions and labels.
2. Basic mathematical skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
4. Understanding of DC workflow with minimal guidance.
5. Maintain a clean work area to ensure safety and hygiene.
6. Good judgment to follow detailed instructions.
7. Basic computer knowledge preferred.
8. Ability to work overtime and participate in physical inventories.
9. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
10. May require certification to operate power equipment and hazmat training.
11. Maintain attendance standards and assist in training associates.
