Job summary

Zebra is seeking a warehouse associate to join a fast-paced environment. You will handle receipt, inspection, and shipping processes, maintain accurate inventory records, and operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within workflows. The position requires 2+ years of relevant experience, PPE compliance, and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• PPE required.
• 5 days in office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, inspection, and processing of shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate order preparation and shipping with precision and timeliness.
• Handle advanced inventory management, resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate records.
• Operate and oversee the safe use of warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Train team members on proper equipment use and safety procedures.
• Mentor and guide less experienced staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following safety protocols.
• Work with supervisors and team members to improve workflows and productivity.
• Take initiative to solve operational challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks.
