Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a warehouse associate to support shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution operations in our Wisconsin facility. The role runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with a $20.00 per hour wage and a $1,500 retention bonus after 6 months.

You will handle inventory, operate forklifts, and help mentor junior staff. Key responsibilities include receiving and processing shipments, performing inventory counts, maintaining safety and organization, and collaborating with the team to

Qualifications

Basic computer skills required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Strong attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy.
Ability to work well in a team environment and follow supervisor instructions.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks.
Action oriented and resourceful.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and prepare orders for shipping.
Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Mentor and train less experienced warehouse staff.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
Collaborate with team to optimize workflows and meet productivity goals.
Take initiative to resolve issues and adapt to changing priorities.
Demonstrate good communication and attention to detail.
