Job summary

Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, storage, and shipping of materials and finished goods in Broussard, LA. You will support production through kit assembly and orderly fulfillment of internal and external orders.

Key duties include enforcing accurate inventory records in the ERP system, performing cycle counts, operating forklifts, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment while adhering to company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory control.
• Ability to read work instructions, shipping docs, and reports.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory transactions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and carrier requirements.
• Basic mathematical skills for inventory and shipping activities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and finished goods.
• Stock, store, and issue materials for production and maintenance.
• Prepare kits and stage materials for production and internal orders.
• Pack and ship products domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate shipments using established carrier routes and rates.
• Generate shipping documents and maintain shipment records.
• Maintain accurate ERP inventory transactions and perform cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Support 5S and safety initiatives in the warehouse.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
