Job summary

Neovia Logistics Services (NLS) in Chanute, KS is seeking a Warehouse Associate Senior - Shift 1 to support receiving, storage, movement, and shipment of materials. You will ensure accurate inventory, maintain material flow, and assist logistics to meet business needs with minimal delay.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of warehouse experience, a focus on safety and accuracy, and skills in inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret work instructions, shipping documents, and inventory records.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, store, move, and ship parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist with logistics, supply chain, material management, and distribution activities.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, destinations, and shipment timelines using source documents and inventory systems.
• Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts, audits, and variance investigations.
• Maintain inventory records and identify discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery for weighing, banding, wrapping, and packaging.
• Safely operate and service mechanical, motorized, and electrical equipment in the warehouse.
• Complete specialized clerical and documentation duties for receiving, shipping, inventory, and operations.
• Follow safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by management.
