Job summary

The role includes coordinating workload, coaching teammates, and maintaining safety and accuracy in all tasks. Prior forklift experience and familiarity with inventory systems are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years of relevant warehousing experience.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy.
• Ability to work without constant supervision.
• Forklift experience required.
• Experience with barcode/inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and store incoming products safely and accurately.
• Unload/load trucks and verify shipments against packing lists.
• Prepare, pack, and stage products for customer pickup or delivery.
• Coordinate workload and coach others as needed.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
