Job Details

$2,000 sign on bonus

Pay: $20/hour

Shift: Tues, Thur, Fri, 6am - complete & Sat 7am - complete

Eligible for productivity bonus paid out with every paycheck.

Employment is subject to verification of pre-hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by state or local laws.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Receive, pick, and stage customer orders, manage returns, shipping, and inventory organization and control.
2. Verify received merchandise against shipment records, inspect for discrepancies and defects.
3. Stock shelves with materials in designated areas.
4. Use RF devices for picking or packing stock and inventory tasks.
5. Assemble customer orders, pull items from shelves, and prepare for shipping.
6. Enter orders, returns, and related data into the computer system.
7. Inspect returned items and restock appropriately.
8. Perform daily inventory counts and research discrepancies.
9. Assist with inventory procedures as needed.
10. Perform tasks in controlled environments, including using forklifts and other motorized equipment.
11. Assist in training new associates.
12. Perform related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; at least one year of work experience.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions and labels.
2. Basic mathematical skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
4. Understanding of DC workflow; ability to work with minimal guidance.
5. Maintain a clean work area to ensure safety and hygiene.
6. Good judgment and ability to follow detailed instructions.
7. Basic computer skills preferred.
8. Availability to work overtime and participate in physical inventory.
9. Team player with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
10. Possibility to operate power equipment and obtain necessary certifications.
11. Possibility to undergo hazmat training.
12. Maintain good attendance.
13. Ability to train and assist colleagues.
