Job Details

$2,000 sign on bonus

Pay: $20/hour

Shift: Tues, Thur, Fri, 6am - complete & Sat 7am - complete

Eligible for productivity bonus paid out with every paycheck.

Employment is subject to verification of pre-hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by law.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. General responsibilities include receiving, picking and staging customer orders, returns, shipping, and inventory management.
2. Verify received merchandise against shipment records, report discrepancies and defects.
3. Stock shelves and ensure materials are in designated areas.
4. Use RF devices for picking or packing stock and inventory tasks.
5. Assemble customer orders, identify quantities and specifications.
6. Enter orders and related data into the computer system.
7. Inspect returned items and return merchandise to shelves.
8. Complete daily inventory counts and research discrepancies.
9. Assist with inventory procedures as needed.
10. Perform controlled substance picking, stocking, replenishment in specialized environments.
11. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other motorized equipment.
12. Assist in training new associates.
13. Perform related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; at least 1 year of work experience.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions and labels.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Understanding of DC workflow; ability to work independently.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Good judgment and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and participate in physical inventories.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Certification and ability to operate power equipment may be required.
• Hazmat training certification may be required.
• Maintain attendance standards.
• Ability to train and assist associates.
