Jobot is a rapidly growing plaintiffs' litigation firm seeking an experienced attorney to join its team. The firm specializes in employment and consumer class action litigation, handling wage-and-hour matters, PAGA, and related complex disputes against a broad range of defendants.

The ideal candidate will have a J.D. from an accredited law school and CA, WA, NY, or IL bar admission, with 8+ years of civil litigation experience, strong motions practice, and proven deposition skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in California, Washington, New York, or Illinois.
• 8+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong experience managing all phases of litigation.
• Written discovery and discovery strategy.
• Motion practice.
• Court appearances and oral advocacy.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Case management and client interaction.
• Experience with employment litigation, wage-and-hour claims, class actions, collective actions, PAGA matters, or other complex litigation.
