Job summary

Diodes Incorporated seeks a Senior Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) Engineer in a regular full-time role. You will develop accelerated reliability tests, analyze failure mechanisms like HCI and EM, and build models linking test outcomes to device lifetimes.

You will lead RCA activities and partner with R&D and manufacturing to improve process reliability. The position involves cross-functional collaboration and technical leadership across development and production environments, with site options

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent industry experience in semiconductor reliability or related field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor device reliability with wafer-level testing.
• Familiarity with JEDEC and ESDA standards and industry groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement WLR methodologies for CMOS and other technologies.
• Analyze failure mechanisms such as HCI, EM, BTI, SIV.
• Build reliability models correlating test data with device lifetime.
• Lead or support RCA activities with cross-functional teams.
• Provide early feedback to design rules to improve reliability.
• Support high-volume manufacturing with reliability risk assessment.
