Responsibilities

• Ensure REL screens for released products follow best practices.
• Develop improved REL screen test methods and faster testing.
• Document Reliability best practices and maintain procedures.
• Coordinate wafer-level REL screens and WL device characterization.
• Leverage TDDB capabilities and analyze lot data for yield learning.
• Begin study for certification as a REL Engineer.
