Responsibilities

• Perform wafer fabrication following work instructions and procedures.
• Operate equipment for wafer fabrication steps.
• Measure and analyze critical parameters and record data.
• Adhere to clean room protocols and wear PPE.
• Maintain documentation and records.
• Move materials or finished goods between locations (up to 20 pounds).
• Visually inspect for quality defects.
• Handle fragile GaAs wafers and precious metals.
• Mix wet chemistries.
• Log data into computer-based applications.
