Job summary

Connexa Consulting LLC is seeking a proactive Senior Vulnerability Management & Infrastructure Engineer to drive targeted remediation across hybrid server infrastructure (AWS, Azure, and on-prem VMware). The role is remote (US-based) with potential relocation to St.

Louis, MO or New Jersey upon permanent conversion, on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. You will leverage Tenable findings, cloud and on-prem tooling, and scripting to automate remediation and strengthen security postures.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting Tenable vulnerability findings and remediation.
• Familiarity with endpoint management solutions (e.g., Endpoint Central / Zoho, SCCM, or similar).
• Strong scripting capabilities (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) to automate configuration changes and patching.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration, Active Directory, registry structures, GPOs, and patching frameworks.
• Analytical mindset focused on root-cause prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive targeted remediation of vulnerabilities across hybrid AWS/Azure/on-prem VMware infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Operations to implement automation for patching and configuration changes.
• Assist in designing and implementing vulnerability management workflows and integrations.
