Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced security professional to own the vulnerability lifecycle across our enterprise environments. You will identify, triage, and track remediation with cross-functional teams to reduce risk.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years in vulnerability management or security engineering, strong knowledge of CVE/CVSS, and hands-on experience with enterprise tools like Qualys VMDR, Tenable, or Rapid7. Remote/onsite options may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, CS, business, or related field (or equivalent).
• 4–8 years of hands-on vulnerability management/security engineering experience.
• Ownership of full vulnerability lifecycle including triage, remediation, closure.
• Experience with enterprise vulnerability platforms (Qualys VMDR, Tenable, Rapid7).
• Strong knowledge of CVE, CVSS, CPE, remediation prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Identify, triage, and remediate vulnerabilities across multiple teams.
• Interpret scanner results and determine remediation actions.
• Validate remediation through rescans and testing.
• Collaborate with system owners and security teams to reduce risk.
