Job summary
DigiTran Technologies Inc. in Washington state seeks a Senior Computer Systems Engineer/Architect - VTC/UCC/Microsoft 365 to lead design, deployment, and sustainment of Cisco video conferencing and Crestron conference rooms across agency facilities.
You will drive secure, compliant collaboration in a federal OIG environment. You will configure Cisco codecs/endpoints, enable interoperability with Microsoft Teams, and provide secondary support for Teams Rooms and Surface Hub devices.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise AV, video conferencing, or unified communications environments.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Cisco video conferencing systems and Crestron-controlled conference rooms across facilities.
