Responsibilities
- Diagnose, isolate, and debug software problems; resolve issues.
- Review and design system software and hardware builds; document standards.
- Coordinate installation, testing, and maintenance of systems software; schedule downtime.
- Review requests and patches; evaluate feasibility while protecting infrastructure.
- Provide technical guidance and input on proposals impacting systems.
