Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development or infrastructure engineering with systems at scale.
• Deep experience building and shipping Unity-based customer applications.
• Exceptional C#, system architecture, and class design skills.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD systems and deployment infrastructure.
• Strong observability, monitoring, and diagnostics capabilities.
• Experience architecting testing frameworks or similar infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams; ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement internal tools and frameworks to improve developer experience.
• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable builds, tests, and deployments.
• Build testing infrastructure across functional, integration, and performance tests.
• Create observability and monitoring solutions for system health and deployment status.
• Collaborate across teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and onboarding materials.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and iterative infrastructure refinements.
