The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Strategic Implementation will

Essential functions

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to C-Suite, guiding leadership through change management and mitigating risksassociated with system wide initiatives and driving business objectives.
  • Oversee the corporate wide management of strategic plan, tasked with development of project management tool deployment and tracking.
  • Direct, oversee, and coordinate program implementation, integration, initiatives, and communication strategies in alignment with the overall corporate strategy.
  • Develop and present project status reporting with C-Suite and company leadership, including board and provider leadership.
  • Ensure metric development and analyze trends to provide linkage from implementation to full execution of company based goals.
  • Provide operational support to C-Suite leadership as it relates to strategic initiatives and partnership agreements.
  • Create business plans, proformas, and SBARs to facilitate the companies growth and increase communication and collaboration with partnerships.
  • Maintain relationships and knowledge within each practicing state for compliance of applicable state laws and regulations.
  • Lead company communication strategy to ensure a highly collaborative and effective approach to integrated management.

Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business or related function required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience working with physicians and leading in physician integration initiatives is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities and executing flawlessly.
  • Excellent customer service and computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, personable demeanor

Work environment: Remote

Physical demands

Must be able to occasionally lift and / or move up to or more than 25 pounds. Frequent sitting with occasional standing and walking. Utilization of hand and finger dexterity for computer work and the viewing of a computer screen for the majority of the day.

Travel required

Multi-state multi clinic travel may be required.

Required education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or equivalent required.

Preferred education and experience

  • Minimum three years of experience in the medical field is required
