Ideal candidates bring deep shopper marketing expertise, strong client relationships, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, media, production, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 10+ years of integrated agency account leadership experience, including leadership of large-scale, multi-disciplinary marketing engagements.
• 5+ years of experience leading, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in shopper marketing, driving engagement, purchase conversion, and measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, building long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Lead integrated shopper marketing strategies that align objectives, insights, and retailer priorities.
• Partner with creative, media, analytics, production, experiential, and partner agencies to deliver connected solutions.
• Guide teams through strategic planning, creative development, production, execution, and optimization.
• Translate insights into actionable programs that drive engagement and conversion.
• Oversee account operations, resource planning, delivery standards, and client satisfaction.
• Identify risks and ensure successful execution across multiple workstreams.
• Leverage performance data and market insights to optimize campaigns and inform investments.
• Partner with agency leadership on financial management, forecasting, profitability, and growth.
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
