Job summary

The Carlyle Group is seeking a Vice President, SEC Reporting to lead the full lifecycle of public disclosures from 10-Qs and 10-Ks to proxy statements. This senior role partners with Consolidations, FP&A, Investor Relations, and Legal, guiding the disclosure process and engaging with the Audit Committee and external auditors.

You will champion technology innovations, including Workiva, to modernize reporting, while developing one direct report and collaborating across Finance, Legal, and Fund

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA preferred or active license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee drafting and filing of quarterly/annual SEC reports (10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks) including MD&A, footnotes.
• Partner with FP&A to prepare quarterly earnings materials and ensure consistency with filings.
• Contribute to the Disclosure Committee and Audit Committee materials.
• Manage external auditor relationships and SOX/ICFR controls.
• Lead process automation and AI initiatives for public disclosures.
