Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Senior Vice President of Revenue Performance to lead the revenue management and distribution strategy across our nationwide hotel portfolio. You will guide a team of regional, central, and on-property leaders and collaborate with Sales and Digital Marketing within the Revenue Excellence leadership team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of progressive revenue management leadership experience.
Revenue management expertise across major brands — Hilton, Hyatt, and Marriott — and independent hotels.

Responsibilities

Oversee rooms revenue budgets, forecasting, pricing, demand analysis, yield management, market segmentation, mix optimization, and selling strategies to maximize revenue and profit.
Lead revenue management for new property openings and takeovers, including full ramp-up process.
Lead and develop a team of regional, central, and on-property revenue managers to meet RevPAR targets.
Monitor development and attainment of revenue budgets, forecasts, and market share targets.
Champion revenue management innovation and a culture of revenue excellence with internal and external stakeholders.
