Job summary

PureSky Energy seeks a visionary Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, M&A and Strategy to drive growth across North America. You will oversee acquisition activity, capital allocation, and post-merger integration, targeting 500 MW to 1 GW of owned assets and establishing the company as a premier consolidator in community solar and energy storage.

You will work directly with the CEO and Board to shape expansion, manage transaction execution, governance, and investor relations, while

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in corporate development, M&A, or related fields.
• 7–10 years in renewable energy transactions, with community solar and energy storage focus.
• Experience presenting to Boards and institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A including sourcing, diligence, valuation, negotiations, structuring and closing.
• Drive capital planning, debt structuring, tax equity, and growth equity to reach milestones (750 MW+).
• Prepare materials for Boards, ICs, and lenders; present recommendations.
• Source and cultivate high-level partnerships with developers, funds, utilities, lenders, and advisors.
• Assess risks across assets, interconnection queues, PPAs, and battery storage systems.
• Lead post-acquisition integration and build a high-performing team.
