Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/CE/IS/Tech/EE or related field with 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading products through all lifecycle stages using agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience scaling systems and delivering software on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement the product vision for institutional client platforms.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, user-centric software for onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Design and monitor KPIs to drive data-driven prioritization and improvements.
