Job summary

U.S. Soccer Federation seeks an SVP, Director of Men’s and Boys’ Soccer to oversee the youth development and pathway strategy across the American ecosystem. Based in Atlanta at the Arthur M.

Blank National Training Center, you will partner with coaches, leagues, colleges, and clubs to align incentives and resources for elite player development. You will lead a senior executive team, influence strategy across the federation, and report to the COO.

Qualifications

• Significant executive leadership experience within soccer or sports.
• Experience leading a large multi-functional team, including budgets and personnel.
• Experience developing and implementing strategy across complex organizations.
• Experience with external stakeholders (investors, sponsors, partners) to align resources.
• Experience as a lead spokesperson in high-profile settings.
• Experience working with elite male soccer players and professional/pre-professional landscapes.
• Knowledge of the global soccer landscape and pathways.
• Experience using technology and data to drive soccer and organizational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Implement the men’s and boys’ youth development and pathway strategy with stakeholders.
• Drive an integrated system that measures talent identification and development with leagues and clubs.
• Increase investment and visibility for soccer nationwide through engagement and partnerships.
• Publicly communicate performance and progress through media and major events.
• Create an environment for the team to grow and thrive.
