Job summary

The Citi Tampa loan operations team seeks a Senior Manager of Loan Documentation & Processing to lead a professional group delivering accurate and timely loan documentation and related services.

You will guide cross-functional partners, ensure compliance with policies, and drive process improvements across the loan lifecycle, while managing performance and development within your team.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in loan documentation and processing.
• Understanding of loan processes, procedures, products and services.
• Ability to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and escalate risks.

Responsibilities

• This role will manage preparing and reviewing loan documentation while providing support to a variety of tasks related to the loan process.
• Independently processing and closing loans within a complex loan operations environment.
• Lead the team to drive and implement business initiatives, client solutions and projects.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures; leads projects and cost-saving opportunities.
• Stays updated on developments in loan documentation/processing and their business impact.
• Accountable for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of complex deliverables.
