Job summary

Bridge33 Capital, a rapidly growing real estate private equity firm, seeks a Senior Vice President of Leasing to lead leasing strategies across the portfolio and drive NOI. This in-person role is based in our Denver office and reports to EVP of Real Estate Operations and Strategy.

You will manage leasing professionals nationwide, source anchor and inline leases, and mentor a high-performing team while collaborating with Asset Management and Investments to align with business plans and investor

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in sophisticated commercial real estate leasing, focusing on retail assets.
• Proven history closing deals with major national/ regional tenants.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for underwriting lease economics.

Responsibilities

• Head of Leasing, managing leasing professionals across a national platform in 25 states.
• Develop and implement asset-specific leasing strategies to drive NOI and maximize investor returns.
• Source and negotiate anchor, junior anchor, and inline leases through national networks.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage the internal leasing team with clear performance metrics.
• Select, contract, and manage third-party leasing brokerage teams with KPIs.
• Oversee underwriting, structuring, and final negotiation of complex retail leases.
• Partner with Asset Management to align leasing with property business plans.
• Assist Investments during due diligence by validating market rents and tenant creditworthiness.
• Present financial analyses and tenant credit profiles to Investment team for approval.
