Qualifications

Senior HR leadership in a multi-location organization.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 5+ years in senior HR leadership.
Broadcasting experience or family-owned business is a plus.
Proactive player/coach with end-to-end initiative and accountability.
Discretion, integrity, and balance of business needs with employee experience.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise HR strategy in partnership with executives and business leaders.
Advise senior leaders with sound judgment and practical guidance.
Strengthen culture, leadership readiness, succession, and high-performing teams.
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, retirement and policy governance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and FCC EEO/public file requirements.
