Moon Rabbit is seeking a senior Account Leader to drive client satisfaction, financial performance and growth across key brands. You will shape strategy, oversee cross-functional teams, and champion proactive client solutions while mentoring the next generation of agency leaders.

In this role you will own client relationships, lead business development efforts, and ensure seamless collaboration across brand and agency functions to deliver measurable success.

  • Plays leadership position in key agency areas, including business development, operations, and professional growth.
  • Serves in a mentorship and advocacy role for all team members and takes full responsibility for professional growth and career development.
MANAGING OUR CLIENTS

The manner in which one interacts with the client; anticipates & satisfies internal and/or external needs; prioritizes for client success; crafts solutions that balance client objectives with internal capabilities & requirements.

  • Strategic brand leadership for long-term brand planning.
  • Complete management of client business; overall communication

strategy lead; responsible for identifying and integrating agency resources when appropriate

creative excellence, and brand evolution.

GROWING THE BUSINESS

In addition to maintaining accountability for specific Account’s growth goal, is actively involved in Business Development activities for the agency at large and is seen as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by other department heads in core agency offerings.

  • Is independently generating organic growth as well as generating new opportunities with potential clients beyond the current roster.
